[MLUG] Wireless Internet for a neighborhood?

Here's the situation:  we have 50 duplexes all in one neighborhood that 
we want to provide wireless Internet to.  We've decided upon wireless 
because we don't want to have the hassle of digging in fiber or twisted 
pair, so anything but wireless is a non-starter.

I'm wondering if anyone knows of a wireless ISP in Columbia that might 
be willing to partner with us on this.  We'd like to have someone come 
in, blanket the neighborhood in wireless, provide ISP-style tech support 
to tenants, and charge us a monthly.  We in turn will roll this into the 
rent with a little margin.  Ideally, this comes in less than the tenant 
could otherwise get reasonable internet connectivity for, and as a 
result everyone wins.

The *most* involvement we want with this on a day-to-day basis (other 
than paying the bill of course) is possibly adding new MAC addresses to 
the filter table via a web interface.  Anything more is too much 
overhead for us.

Anyone have any ideas?  Contacts?  Caveats?
