Then the question is what's the command to enable it.  This is what I'm 
trying to do:

DHCP Server (out of local control)
	|
	en0	55.55.55.55
OS X Firewall box	
	en1 (55.55.55.55?  dhcp?)
	|						\
	|						     \
	|								|		
Windows Box	55.55.55.56(static)	OS X Client, 55.55.55.57 (dhcp)
