sent to jail too. Definately a serious case of neglecting
responsibility. 9 years seems pretty harsh since there wasn't actually
much hacking involved. He drove by and bam there was an open network
with interesting data out in plain sight. Sure he then started snooping
on the data but I think most people would. I don't recall any mention of
him actually using that data. Was there?
