Even if he was 13, 14, or 15, the individual should know better and
should be considered fully liable.
Don't get me wrong though. I also feel that 9 years prison time is over
the top.
I also feel most non violent criminals should not be given prison time.
There are far better and more creative ways of dealing with those
individuals rather than burdening tax payers and over crowding prisons.
But this is a discussion better ment for another list server. :-)

Well, it's just a kid to me because I'm 25 years older than that. I
know that at 21, he's old enough to know better, but he's also not a
seasoned criminal. I doubt he was doing it professionally or part of a
syndicate.
