Well, the WiFi angle is irrelevant, isn't it? They broke into a computer
and installed a program on it in an attempt to get credit card numbers.
I agree with you - a 9-year sentence is outrageous. I'm not on their
side, not at all, but the punishment should fit the crime. These guys
didn't even steal anything! This is basically a case of *attempted*
theft. Sure, Lowes corp headquarters probably had to blow a few million
to patch up their security, but they should have done that before this
happened!
