Ewwww. EasyShare. I exercised poor judgement and purchased a Polaroid
digital camera that uses EasyShare. "Vile" is a great way to describe
that redheaded stepchild of a software application. But thanks to the
freedoms of FOSS, I was able to toss the EasyShare CD forever.

Welcome to EasyShare freedom, Christian. It's nice here. Digital
images are cripser, colors are more vibrant, decompression algorithms
produce better results. You get the point.
