I don't think you understand. The problem here is that without precedent,
you have nothing to back up your claim. I don't agree with you. If you
could come up with a case, you'd have a valid point. As it stands, there
is no data and no value for me in reading your opinions about legal
matters (about which, presumably, you no rather little).
