I agree that it *can* be stealing. It usually amounts to very little.
It becomes very serious when the person logging into the network starts
snooping on network traffic, breaking into computers, taking files, etc.,
but I think we are not talking about those kinds of things, just simply
logging into the network.
A big problem that you guys have to understand is that it is entirely
possible to log into someone's network without even knowing you are doing
it. That's how shabby their 'security' can be.
