I do hope Everyone realizes that Mike's position is indefensible (not to
mention childish, wishful and naive), and that if he were found to be
doing this and someone chose to prosecute him, he would be found guilty
and that would be that.
I hate the RIAA, but those people who were nailed DESERVED what they got
and MORE. I would deserve it... I've been guilty of the same thing.
There are very few of us here who are not.
But... These nonsense conversations go unchecked everywhere on both the
wireless issue and on the music issue, and people make the mistake of
thinking that since their little (or even big) community has come to
some sort of consensus on how 'it really should be' (because that's how
they want it), that it changes a SINGLE IOTA of reality.
The reality is...
CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS and CIVIL PROCEEDINGS which succeed against
those purple traitors (bad spelling sorry), who just knew after talking
to their fellow purple traitors that what they WANT to be doing really
'Cannot be wrong'.
Then the morons imagine themselves to be some kind of victims.
They are not. The burden on them.
Jimminy Crickets!! Have NONE OF YOU HEARD THAT
====> IGNORANCE OF THE LAW IS NO EXCUSE
??? or in this case.
====> WISHFUL THINKING ABOUT THE LAW IS GONNA LAND YOUR REAR IN
PRISON OR THE PRISON OF WORK TO EARN MONEY TO PAY YOUR FINES, FEES, AND
DAMAGES?
