A better example than the wacky list you just produced would be this: A
woman who stands naked in her living room is fully culpable if someone
standing on the sidewalk takes her photograph. If she didn't want to be
photographed, she should have closed her drapes.
No one is talking about stealing anything. The owner of the wifi access
point loses nothing just because someone connects to it. It is not like
having a car battery stolen.
