Tell me about this when someone is successfully sued or prosecuted for
simply connecting to an open network that required no password and was
broadcasting its presence to the surrounding world. When that happens,
I'll believe that there is some validity in the arguments I'm seeing here.
Otherwise, I remain unconvinced.
