Matt,

As someone who has been very close to being prosecuted for connecting
to open wireless access points in Columbia and doing nothing more then
surfing (Long story, if you haven't heard it its not the
interesting.).

Let me give you a word of advice. 

A) Don't do it
B) If you going to do it don't post to a public list saying you going
to do it : )
