Of course I know Apache changes it's permissions. That doesn't mean
that's the most secure solution. It should never need to have root
permissions. THAT is all I wanted to be able to do. Just assuming that
Apache is secure is not a very secure way to go at system security.
Assumption is the mother of all fuck ups.
