I don't know for certain, but isn't MS's support for the PNG format
like...sucky? I know it used to be on Explorer, so I'm guessing that
if you convert this to some other format you might get further. You
could try and diagnose it another way by seeing if TextEdit (yes) can
open and print it with any better success.
