Groovy.  Gives me a starting place, and that should be all I need.  I'll 
post the final solution for others if I'm successful.

Your email brings up another thought that I've had in the recent past.   
I mourn the leaving of Greg Johnson.  He was one of the greatest people 
in IATS (Gary Godsy too)... and if any of you remember Joe Heck, and 
this guy named David Lloyd.

Now on the upside...

Someone said that the ultra idiot ultra losers Ed and Glenn are either 
gone, or on their way out.  Now... get rid of the suckups that followed 
them, and I think you have the possibility of a well respected 
organization with a reputation for good customer service.
