I much prefer allowing users to create secure email accounts where they 
essentially generate an account with a random number on it. 
EMAIL:PROTECTED which forwards incoming mail to the users regular 
email account. With something like Courier MTA that sort of thing is 
easy enough to setup as you can create virtual users easily by using the 
MySQL backend. Bewarned though that setting up Courier in the first 
place can be something of a nightmare. MTA's are so damned tricky and 
are usually badly documented.
