The mailing list manager is Mailman <http://www.list.org/> and the
archives are generated by MHonArc <http://www.mhonarc.org/>. Mailman also
has built-in archiving, which I was meaning to switch to when we dumped
Majordomo, but it was proving too difficult to convert the old archives so
we're still on MHonArc (though actually the Mailman archives are also
chugging away in the background.)
