Here's an article that compares response times of various
PHP/MySQL-based CMS

Typo3 is cut from the same cloth as eZPublish, both require quite a lot
of horsepower, and have a steep learning curve with their own template
languages. If you've got the server and the time, though, either would
be outstanding. We threw our lot in with eZPublish, because it would get
us closer to what we needed in the fastest time... but Typo3 has much
better docs.
Almost any CMS is going to have the features you're looking for. Though
many (like eZPublish) will ask you to build what you want from their
pieces.
Mambo sponsors a nice site that will let you compare/contrast features
of various CMS: http://www.cmsmatrix.org/
Mambo looks pretty nice, and their site is awfully friendly... They
might be worth a look.

me?/
