My main like for Fry's is the rather large Anime selection they have. It far exceeds the selection given at Suncoast and other places.  And they'll order any anime i desire if they dont' have it.. or at least if they can get it. :)  that's my Main like for Fry's. plus they have lots of motherboard and such actually able to see, test and stuff. They tested a motherboard i bought there when i thought it was dead or just bad, but figured out it was my video card that was giving a lot of trouble. So, they were pretty helpful on stuff too.
