I believe all electrolytic caps are polarized. Just be aware of how you
connect them, and make sure they get put in the same way as the ones you
removed. 
Some polyester caps are polarized, but most other types aren't. It's
because of the internal structure of the capacitor. I don't believe a
electrolytic can be non-polar.

One other thing that will be important ... some electrolytic caps are 
polar ... i.e., the positive and negative sides make a big difference. 
Look at your mobo and see if the present cap has a black stripe with a 
negative sign on it. If so, it's a polar cap so you need a polar 
capacitor and you need to be careful when you solder it in place that 
it's identically oriented to what is currently there.
