Number on the chip says KTT-SO100/64CE. Will work in a lot of older notebooks, it was pulled out of a Toshiba 2250XCDS, which is 4-6 years old, not sure. Anyway, the memory is not worth anything, really, but if you've got an old notebook that you haven't bothered to upgrade, and it's got room for this, you're welcome to it.
