I don't have any parts to salvage capacitors off of
but ya can try the following.

See if you want any of those.
I was looking at the list, i did find 1 so far,
with 300Volt tolerance.
kelvin.com has 0.0022 or 0.0015uF ceramic or 0.001uF.
now, 2 0.001uF hooked in parallel will add up to 0.002uF.
kelvin.com sells them for $3
gee... radioshack.com is not helpful at all..
