Also, here's what I use to mount shares on the IATS-TIGER server from /etc/fstab. I don't automount it, as you can see, but this works pretty well once the VPN client is launched:
//iats-tiger/iats_org /iats-tiger smbfs noauto,ip=128.206.52.129,credentials=/etc/smbfs.passwd,workgroup=UMC-USERS,uid=500,rw 0 0
The file /etc/smbfs.passwd looks like this:
username = myname
password = mypass
This should work just as well for bengal. Just use "ip=128.206.12.190" and //bengal/someshare instead.
