Here's a link for the CISCO VPN Client 4.0.4 I found:
http://help.aei-potsdam.mpg.de/vpn/linux/vpn.html. Even though the
download is not password protected, I am pretty sure it's not intended to
be downloaded by the entire world. And if you do use it you would be
violating the license agreement.
