It's very simple: someone's PC that has both your e-mail address and the 
address of Jay Logan in their address book keeps getting reinfected, but 
St. Bernard Software ePrism Mail Filter at host mail.millardref.com 
keeps catching those infections and dutifully reporting them back to 
you, since your e-mail address appears as the sender of the messages.

Does it make sense?
