This is a RAID 5, so you only have 36G of data. 

There is a way to do this with the Linux sowftware raidtools... 
I wouldn't want to try it with the megaraid config junkware. Here it is:

  Basically, you could copy to your 36G data to one of the 72G disks,
  then pull the 18Gs and replace with 72G.

  Start the raid in degraded mode with the disk holding the data kicked 
  out of the array.  copy data over, then hotadd it.  Done.

Considering the tiny amount of data you have, it's probably better to 
rebuild from backup.
