Merci. It looks like this is a love it or hate it device, and that
you should depend neither on the technical support from Netgear or
their mailing you a rebate. I *think* the return policy on this
item from Office Depot should be decent enough that I can deal with
just using the unit I bought rather than getting annoyed about
having to spend somewhat more...
...unless somebody can suggest the Linksys or D-Link were better.
