They expect me to have a fax, I don't even
have an analog modem hooked up. And it is not
even a 1-800 number.

Orginally, there was no domain name to transfer
from 1 provider to the next. It just gave us the
account and said wait 24hrs for update or something.

Anyway, I'm just posting My short experience with them.
I'm done with them. Networksolutions.com did not give me
this kinda of problems. No problems at all.
