Write your legislator and ask "And we taxpayers paid for this EMAIL:PROTECTED"

File a Section 508 Accessibility claim. :=)

Ask them about the state's position on doing business with multiply-convicted
monopoly repeat offenders? Much less requiring the citizenry to obtain their
very-much-not-free products in order to view or access official state publications.
