Yes, Michael is using about 50% (20GB) of /home/ which is ridiculously unreasonable.   

I don't want quotas, I want responsable users.  When mogmios cleans up his space
we will have plenty of room and no need for a new drive.

Michael: please get your usage to a reasonable amount by tomorrow.

I should mention, I'm using about 1.4 gigs, most of which is full size photos that 
have come off my digital camera over the years.  I have them backed up onto CD but 
it is nice to keep them online.  Sure, I could use a different server, but some 
people can't.  40gigs is a lot of space for user data, I'd like to see it being 
used.  The server users are a small enough community that we don't need broad 
sweeping policies that over generalize.  We can easily deal with this on a case
by case basis.
