I just attempted to install SuSE on my Gateway Solo, it bombs out on
shutting down the sound server. I installed a demo version of VMWare, it
installed fine there, but it was S-L-O-W
I am in the hunt for an alternative to Redhat, but I would like to try
the OS on my laptop before ever considering it for a production OS. I
have been successful in the past loading Redhat 9.0 on it, but now even
that is failing to start X
Oh the Woes... Why does Redhat have to do this to us?
