I posted instructions to the SuSE link to ftp install the latest version
last week.

SuSE don't normally make ISO images available other than of their Evaluation
SuSE Live disks.
Easiest solution is to do an FTP install.
Take a look at:
http://www.suse.com/us/private/download/suse_linux/index.html
If you have a second machine on your local network that can serve files via
NFS, you could download all the files to that, though again they're not
availbale as a single ISO.

The biggest advantage of SuSE at the moment is they're still committed to
making patches for two years - that means a lot less upgrading compared to
RedHat who are patching only the latest major version.
