You make comments that disparage male IT professionals while speaking well of their female counterparts based on an unfounded bias about females. Gee, thats not sexist at all.

I doubt they consider themselves racist. If you started asking for black friends because you liked playing sports and believed they were inherently better at it than whites, then that would be "reverse-racism" (which is in itself a racist term, implying that only minorities can qualify as being victims of racism).

Discrimination goes both ways, and if you support or tolerate it, its going to come back to haunt you.
