Yup. I plan to have an adapted version of the model constitution at the
meeting so we can discuss the details.

We don't necessarily need to collect signatures next Wednesday. The
important thing IMHO is to get the details of the constitution/bylaws
worked out. 'Course then again collecting signatures should be no big
deal.
