Its not really a worm, its just another one of those crappy spyware things for MS Outlook. The problem is that its basic operations violate campus policy and could also take down the email server if a handful of users happen to install it within the same time period.
If your users don't have the entire company or campus email directory in their address book, then this isn't a real problem for you. For every employer I've ever had an email account with, it presents a big problem.
