We need to know what type of card you are using in order to diagnose the
problem. You also might want to call the IAT Services help-desk and have
them put in a remedy ticket. Even if the help-desk tech can't help you
it will usually get escalated to someone who can. If there is no one
that can help you and they get enough remedy tickets about a certain
area they will get someone who can fix it.
Note: If you are trying to use a Cisco PCMCIA or PCI card in Linux with
a new kernel then you are not going to have an easy time. Trust me...
