Unfortunately the person who ran it has set it so it returns positive
for all queries as a way of notifying users and administrators of its
demise.

In your ~/.spamassassin/user_prefs file, insert this line:
score RCVD_IN_OSIRUSOFT_COM 0
This will disable testing against the osirusoft.com server.
