One more tracert.  This is to a game server we play on that usually pings in at around 50ms with no packetloss.

	Anywhere "far away" should do.  mlug.missouri.edu (128.206.61.230) for
	example.  The point is just to see if there are any nearby routers giving
	you trouble, and if so, how far out the bottleneck is.
	
	/usr/sbin/traceroute 128.206.61.230
