While this isn't totally unexpected, what IS unexpected is that I'm getting approximately 30-40% packetloss to areas that I am pinging, and that is in the best case. Is anyone else experiencing difficulty? I'm trying to figure out if something went whacky on my home network setup or if I should be calling Charter to uselessly gripe at them about it.
