I tried that numerous times, as well as resetting my router. Same deal. Extreme packetloss, though ping times to most areas are reasonable.

While this isn't totally unexpected, what IS unexpected is that I'm getting approximately 30-40% packetloss to areas that I am pinging, and that is in the best case. Is anyone else experiencing difficulty? I'm trying to figure out if something went whacky on my home network setup or if I should be calling Charter to uselessly gripe at them about it.

I sometimes have problems like that with Mediacom. I call them to gripe
about it, they tell me to discinnect the cable modem from the
electricity, and the reconnect. And amazingly it actually fixes the
	problem.
