Thread-topic: Is anyone on Charter broadband in the Columbia, MO area?

Since sometime last evening, my connection has gone pretty bad.  Speed tests at dslreports.com show a download speed of 234 and an upload speed of 124.  While this isn't totally unexpected, what IS unexpected is that I'm getting approximately 30-40% packetloss to areas that I am pinging, and that is in the best case.  Is anyone else experiencing difficulty?  I'm trying to figure out if something went whacky on my home network setup or if I should be calling Charter to uselessly gripe at them about it.
