I get all kinds of magazines for free. I can't make the damn things stop
coming to me. Everything from computer magazines to porn to stuff
totally bizarre. Some of them are marked as sent to me as a professional
courtesy and others just started sending to me when I got on some list.
I don't pay for any of them and as far as I can tell none of them are
trying to bill me anymore. The only mgazine I get that I actually read
is Dr. Dobbs. The other magazine I like, HomePower, unfortunately
doesn't send me free copies. I'd trade all the stupid Playboy
subscriptions they won't stop sending me for a single subscription to
HomePower.
On the other hand I'm thinking of trying to sell my free magazines
online for a couple bucks each. I guess I won't mind them if I can make
money off all the damn things.
