I will try looking for any error messages by switching consoles as suggested by Michael. (Didnt know I could do that during install...Thanks!)
And I did check the media before I started installation. It went smooth and there were no problems reported. I am installing off the same discs from which I made MK copies a couple months ago. Don't know if he had problems with the CDs or not....
Will try yet again tonight....
