Might, might not. Might not even be a video problem actually. It could
be ram, cpu, motherboard, etc issues.. maybe Windows just glosses over
them for you. (Windows likes to run even when it shouldn't.. so it seems
easier til your system dies completely without warning. ;) Or it could
be a software issue.. though with your wide assortment of problems with
multiple reinstalls that seems doubtful.
