That is Gnome.. though it may be better polished than RedHat's own
version. If you want to switch to the Ximian version then I suggest
going to Ximian's website and downloading Red Carpet. Install and run
Red Carpet and activate the Ximian Desktop 2 channel and it'll do the
hard part of downloading and installing that all for you.
