For companies trying despirately to keep their consistent look and feel, yet allow accountants, publishers, etc. to post their own info on the web, keeping users limited to Content is crucial.
I just thought I'd mention that CMS's have a pretty bad reputation for
security and that those that allow users to edit the code are among the
worse. Be careful how you set these up and if you must put important
information in them then keep good backups. Defacement isn't an uncommon
issue since they are such easy targets.
