Well, here is some information I came up with in my search for a good
CMS. This is the link that someone sent me on a listing of CMS's.
http://www.la-grange.net/cms

Here is a list of the ones I looked at, they are rated on a scale of 1-5
(5 being the best), but keep in mind this is a superficial rating I
created without knowing very much about each system and personalized to
what I was looking for in a CMS:

TYPO3
http://typo3.com
(Pretty cool, PHP4 based) = 4

Twiki
http://twiki.org/
(Perl based, eh) = 2

Callisto CMS
http://www.callistocms.com/index.xml
(XML Based) = 3

phpWebsite
http://phpwebsite.appstate.edu/
(PHP based, Neet) = 4

phpReactor
http://phpreactor.org/cms/content_management_system.html
(PHP Based, eh) = 2

FireSite
http://www.dotvoid.com/firesite.php
(Check out more) = 4

WebGUI
http://www.plainblack.com/webgui
(Looks good, the interface could be better) = 4 1/2

OpenCMS
http://www.opencms.org/opencms/en/
(Awesome, written in .jsp, needs tomcat, looks good) = 5

TikiWiki
http://tikiwiki.sourceforge.net/
(Looks good, need demo) = 4

Contenido
(S0x0rs, in german, but looks neat) = ?

Well, as you can see the good ones I found were TYPO3, phpWebsite,
FireSite, WebGUI, OpenCMS and TikiWiki. I settled on OpenCMS for now,
but I'm going to try and test some more. OpenCMS comes with a built in
WYSIWYG editor but for some reason that only works in IE. Yeah, I
thought I had a problem with the modules when I was using Mozilla, but I
eventually tested it on IE and it worked. The other ones I listed above
look good too. Hopefully I actually get to testing them out.
