Another tip that might be useful here is that recent versions of OS X do
not do well with older firmware that might be on your linksys. Once you
get the WEP thing settled, if you notice a *lot* of dropped
connections/need to restart the router, updating the firmware with the
latest should fix this. Obnoxiously, Linksys provides lame support for
Macs, so you might want to do this from a Windows box, but you can use
tftp under OS X to do a firmware update as well.
