Um, I haven't seen a 64bit WEP key.  I've seen 40bit and 128bit, but 
not 64.  I do know OS X supports both 40bit, 128bit, as well as LEAP 
protocols.  And it supports them in ASCII or HEX.  Use the menubar 
airport icon, click "Other" and select the appropriate type.
