I didn't say local, but that's about the going rate in the US. Take a look
at pricewatch.com etc. - I imagine delivery is going to add on another 5 or
6 but you should certainly find an internal hardware modem on the better
side of $20. An External USR one (without serial and phone cable is going
for $15).
